SHIPPING POLICY
Illustration comes as print on paper, without frame. Ready to ship in 1-3 business day (next day, except on the weekends)
Illustrations are carefully packed in a cardboard tube made for shipping, with an extra foil for protection. Items are shipped from Croatia, using International registered airmail
Delivery time
Orders going to Croatian addresses are usually delivered within 2-4 days from the day of dispatch, but international orders can take up to several weeks to be delivered.
Delivery times for EU countries are within 3 – 10 working days and within 10-35 working days for the rest of the world after sending (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded).
Shipping is charged at cost, as it appears on your order.
We ship international orders using Croatian National Post (Hrvatske pošte)
Correct Delivery Information
Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us. We CANNOT control any delays caused by customs.
Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination). Unfortunately we can not be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.
Tracking Number
We provide tracking numbers for all shipments. There is a possibility of short delays, but it does not depend on us. Resending of the same shipments are additionally charged.

Duties & Taxes
Please note that if your order is being shipped outside of the CROATIA or the EU, you are subject to duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We do hope that you're happy with what you received but if for some reason you are not, please do get in touch with us immediately. Please contact us by email at mateja@matejakovac.com before returning any goods, and quote your full name, delivery address and order number. Upon receipt, we will contact you to arrange a refund or exchange and to organise the return.
Refunds and exchanges will be considered depending on the situation.
You can cancel all ordered products and services until the moment of delivery.
Within 72 hours after receipt of the ordered shipment, you can complain about a product that contains a defect, is physically damaged, the wrong product was delivered from the order or it was delivered in the wrong quantity.
We are unable to offer a full refund or exchange for items that are not received back in perfect, saleable condition, so please ensure that they are well packaged and protected before sending. We reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the returned goods. Unfortunately we can not be liable for any damage that may occur in transit, so it is advisable to ensure that any returned items are well packaged and protected before sending.
When sending an item back to us, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can track the status of your return shipment and be absolutely sure the items get returned to us. Send the product to: Mateja Kovač / Tržna 7, 10432 /Bregana.
It is advisable to obtain proof of postage, as unfortunately we can not be held responsible for any lost packages. In the unfortunate event that the parcel is lost and we do not receive the returned item, unfortunately we will be unable to offer any refund or exchange.

PRICING & PAYMENT
At this moment the only possible method of payment is via Paypal.
In case you do not have a Paypal account, and you want to order from the EU, please contact me and we can arrange a purchase via Direct Bank Transfer – available only to Croatian and EU citizens.
All orders will be processed in EUR.
The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.
